Lolly cake...

Whenever we go to a cafe, the children will look for lolly cake.

I thought it was time to try making it and was surprised at how easy it is! The recipie is even on the back of the fruit puffs packet.  I cut the fruit puffs into quarters.



Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in condensed milk. Stir in crushed malt biscuits and fruit puffs. Roll into a log then roll in coconut.  Easy peasy.

 It looks even less appetisting before the coconut!


Refrigerate until firm. Slice.  Yummo!
